The concept of this band (pronounced "dos tres") is to inspire a revolving, ongoing variety of musical collaborations. Originally formed in 2004 by El Javi and singer-songwriter Russell Mamorsky, Do2 Tr3s enjoyed a bright if brief artistic fling and after a few performances left a good name and concept to lay fallow for a while. Now El Javi has replanted this field with fresh musical poppies and mystic crystal revelations. Joined by Stevie Garcia on guitar and Mike Mercy on percussions, together they perform El Javi’s original compositions at festivlas, street fairs, private parties, and opening for bands.
